Steps to Becoming A Member 
1. Complete a membership application and submit it in person at a club event, or mail it to the club treasurer.
2. Pay yearly membership dues (a club year will be from January 1 to December 31). Dues are currently set at $17 per individual and $22 per family. A family is in residence at the same address and is limited to two (2) member votes. Dues for those joining after September 15th will include the remainder of that year and all the following year.
3. Sign and uphold the CSTC Code of Ethics.
4. Agree to follow the Club Bylaws.
